Refund Policy

We make it a point to ensure that the best quality medications at the best possible affordable rates. However it may be so that rarely the medications may be damaged or may not be up to the mark as you expected.
In such cases we highly suggest that you keep the following points in mind for a reimbursement without any trouble;
• In case you notice that your medicine or the package the medication came in is damaged or not up to the mark, we ask for you to send us a clear, distinct photograph of the medications that were delivered to you and the parcel it was delivered in.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE PHOTO SHOULD BE SENT TO US WITH CLEAR EXPLANATION OF THE MATTER WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
