Specific Patient Population

- Geriatric Use: 

Modafinil's excretion process might slow down in elderly people. Therefore, lower doses should be used, and patients should be closely observed or monitored. 

- Hepatic Impairment:

In people with severe liver impairment, the Modafinil dose should be reduced by one-half of the usual dosage. 

- Renal Impairment 

There is no renal Modafinil dosage available. However, people with any kidney ailments should use this effective nootropic with caution.
